The Crazy Store is a leading discount retail variety store that opened its doors to the public 28 years ago. The brand is renowned for offering value and a wide range of products at competitive prices, without compromising on quality.

We attribute the success of the business to continuously growing and improving our product offering and to understand the wants and needs of our customers. With more than 6 000 product lines consisting of toys, kitchenware, novelty, confectionery, party and pet essentials, homeware and much more; our customers can be guaranteed to find something for the whole family!

With more than 500 stores, The Crazy Store can almost be found on every corner, with stores in South Africa, Namibia and Botswana, spreading the delight our products bring even further. We always deliver a 5-star customer experience. Our staff are well trained on our products and will go the extra mile to put a smile on our customers’ faces. We believe in our products and stand by our quality promise. If you have a problem, consider it sorted!

We believe in giving back and helping where we can. That is why we introduced the Charity Ducks back in 2014. 10% of the selling price of every collectable duck sold is donated to the Children’s Hospital Trust. We also have collection tins in all our stores, to further support this worthy cause.

During 2021 The Crazy Store teamed up with DARG, to assist our four legged friends. On a continuous base, we are keeping their bellies full with delicious Best Buds dog food.
