Heather Olander

Heather Olander currently serves as the Head of Unscripted Content at The CW Network, a position held since January 2023. Previously, Olander was the Executive Vice President of Alternative Development & Programming for Peacock, USA, and Syfy at NBCUniversal Media, LLC, from January 2020 to February 2023. Olander has extensive experience in alternative and unscripted programming, having held senior leadership roles at NBCUniversal prior to this, including Senior Vice President positions focusing on USA and Syfy's alternative divisions. Olander also held positions at CBS Television Distribution and Viacom, where significant contributions included the development of innovative formats and the discovery of notable talents. Olander holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Cornell University.
