We help Seed to Series C cybersecurity startups build GTM teams across North America and EMEA through our Pay-as-you-Grow hiring model.

Traditional recruitment firms charge the entire fee upfront.

For venture-backed startups, that means a significant hit to cash flow before pipeline is created, revenue is generated, or the success of the hire is proven.

Pay-as-you-Grow allows cybersecurity startups to make key GTM hires today without taking a large hit to runway or cash flow.

Instead of a large upfront recruitment invoice:

🔹 No upfront recruitment fee
🔹 Recruitment fee spread over 12 months
🔹 Payments stop if the hire leaves

We hire across sales, customer success, marketing, and presales, from first GTM hires through to C-suite.

If you're a cybersecurity founder, GTM leader, or VC planning GTM hires in the next 3–6 months, we'd be happy to show you how cybersecurity startups are building GTM teams through our Pay-as-you-Grow model.
