Former England international and Premier League goalkeeper Ben Foster launched The Cycling GK to give fans an authentic behind-the-scenes look at life in professional football, while sharing his passion for cycling along the way.

Since then, The Cycling GK has grown into one of the UK's leading sports creator brands, reaching millions of fans across YouTube, podcasts and social media through original football and cycling content.

In 2021, Ben and long-time friend Tom Ochoa launched The Fozcast, a weekly podcast combining football's biggest stories, honest conversations, special guests and reaction to the game's biggest talking points.

Behind it all is CGK Studios – the in-house creative and production team responsible for every piece of content across The Cycling GK and The Fozcast. Having built and grown our own creator-led brands, we now partner with creators, athletes and businesses to produce premium podcasts, video, live events and branded campaigns that connect with audiences.

Interested in launching a podcast, creating standout content or collaborating with the team? Get in touch – we'd love to chat.
