The Dagoba Group is an integrated global Corporate Culture Engagement consulting practice with specialties in Inclusive Leadership, Wellness, Unconscious Bias, Work-Life Balance, Workplace Dynamics, and Client Engagement. We help leaders take tangible next steps to enhance inclusion, increase organization engagement and optimize teams.

There are 3 types of D&I firms: 1. Activist - working for civil change. 2. Academic - lecture on theory and philosophy. 3. Corporate - firmly rooted in the business case. We are decidedly a corporate D&I firm. We believe development should be practical, immediately applicable and provide a measurable return. Awareness is necessary, but not sufficient. Today’s corporate culture conversation needs to focus on practical application. We are distinguished by our combination of powerful awareness activities grounded in the business case and leadership challenge.

Our programs and services have been successfully delivered in the Americas, Europe, Africa, Asia and Australia with leading global corporations. Our best selling books, "The Inclusion Dividend: Why Investing in Diversity and Inclusion Pays Off", "SET for Inclusion: The Underlying Methodology for Achieving Your Inclusion Dividend" and "The Golden Apple: Re-Defining Work-Life Balance for a Diverse Workforce" are leveraged in university education programs, selected as core global conference texts and been leveraged by thousands of leaders around the world.
