The Dandy Collection was founded in 2015 by Rohit Roopchand - driven by a passion for hospitality and the desire to create memorable dining experiences. Built on a foundation of creativity, collaboration, and a people-first philosophy, the group has established itself as a leader in Singapore’s contemporary dining scene.
With a background in finance, Rohit brings a global perspective along with a strategic approach to hospitality, combining operational excellence with a deep appreciation for culture, design, and guest experience.
At its core, The Dandy Collection is dedicated to crafting distinctive concepts that celebrate connection, community, and character. Each venue within the portfolio embodies its own identity while sharing a common vision - to deliver memorable experiences through thoughtful service, inspired cuisine, and dynamic environments.
The Dandy Collection owns and operates Neon Pigeon, Fat Prince, and Firangi Superstar - three distinctive and award-winning restaurants in Singapore that embody the group’s philosophy of vibrant hospitality and contemporary design.
