The Dandy Horse, Inc. is a pioneering NYC-based startup transforming urban mobility and environmental finance. Our patented VIDAT™ system empowers cities, employers, and commuters to monetize sustainable bicycle infrastructure through verified carbon credits—specifically addressing Scope 3 Category 7 (employee commuting) emissions under SEC climate disclosure standards.

By combining innovative hardware, geolocation verification, and blockchain-secured data analytics, VIDAT™ provides a transparent, auditable framework for quantifying bicycle commuter carbon avoidance credits. These credits underpin green bond and Vehicle Miles Traveled (VMT) mitigation strategies aligned with California’s SB743, CEQA, and national sustainability frameworks.

Our integrated platform connects bicycle reservations, secure storage (via SOC 2-compliant infrastructure), and ride verification with carbon registries to unlock new income streams for corporations, REITs, and municipalities. This model supports ESG compliance, health equity, and infrastructure investment while amplifying the environmental and economic benefits of cycling.

Founded by Mark Kabbash, The Dandy Horse combines environmental technology, finance, and urban design expertise to accelerate project financing, reduce permitting risks, and deliver scalable carbon avoidance solutions. We are currently seeking licensing partners, equipment manufacturers (OEMs), and value-added resellers (VARs) to deploy the VIDAT™ system across markets and integrate with mobility and sustainability platforms.

From New York to California, we are redefining how cities and companies measure impact and monetize sustainable commuting—making every verified bicycle mile count toward a cleaner, more profitable future.

Join us as we build the trusted digital infrastructure for verified carbon reduction in urban mobility.
