Sheri Seth has been working at The Data Group since August 2015 as the Director of Customer Success. Previously, Sheri worked at 555-1212.com from August 2002 to August 2015 as the Customer Support Operations Manager. In both roles, Sheri personally managed thousands of advertising accounts on the platform and oversaw a team of Account Executives to achieve quarterly goals. Additionally, Sheri communicates with stakeholders, team members, and others to measure customer success and project status, as well as influences product enhancements with product management and CSM teams.
