The Data Guys™ is a Seattle-based data and AI engineering firm transforming how communities, governments, and organizations use data to drive equity and impact. Led by President & Principal Data Engineer Dei’Marlon Scisney, our 22-person team builds regulatory-grade, human-centered data systems that turn complex information into clear, actionable intelligence.

We design, secure, and automate the entire modern data lifecycle, from ingestion to insight, empowering public agencies, utilities, and nonprofits to make faster, smarter, and fairer decisions. Our work has powered over $400 million in equitable funding, improved digital access for tens of thousands of residents, and built a national reputation for analytics with a conscience.

At our core, we believe data should do more than inform, it should transform.
