The Dentist Agent is a complete Talent Acquisition consultancy focusing solely on the dental industry. We believe in true partnerships that consist of honest, positive, educational, and ultimately rewarding interactions between both candidates and clients. As a dentist searching for your next opportunity, you can expect our help every step of the way...from our first phone call where we discuss in depth your ideal next position, to helping you decide on the best match based on your passions and your skill set, to role playing an interview, to reviewing your employment contract and discussing negotiating points, and finally walking you through next steps once you've accepted a position. We'll always review the pros and cons of every opportunity and together we'll arrive at a positive, motivating, and successful new position for you, even if it's not with one of our clients!

As a client you can expect full transparency, and a candidate submission that has been fully vetted and who is excited about your opportunity because it fits with what they want. We can also advise on writing employment contracts, on how to conduct a thorough interview process that insures much higher successful outcomes, and we can provide guidance and resources to help you grow your practice into what you've always wanted it to be.

Whether you're a brand new dentist looking for your first opportunity, or an experienced doctor looking for an ownership opportunity, or a practice owner looking for your next Associate to help grow your practice, you can expect quick responses, and a straight forward honesty that combines 20 years of Talent Management experience with 10 years of dental industry experience and a true passion for matching great doctors with amazing opportunities.
