Many successful companies call Greater Plattsburgh, NY their home in the U.S.

TDC owns and operates industrial parks in Greater Plattsburgh, NY – ranked one of the top three regions of its size for economic potential in all of North and South America.

TDC was created almost 60 years ago by local businessmen who wanted to create a manufacturing hub in upstate NY. As a private not-for-profit corporation, TDC partners with companies looking to expand or relocate in the area.
TDC is the single resource for companies wanting to see the best that the region has to offer – in terms of incentives, workforce, and facilities both in and outside of TDC’s industrial parks.
