We are The Development Studio; a design-led architecture studio in the South West, UK. We specialise in urban living, student accommodation, and commercial projects. 

Founded by our Director, Michael Magri, we have a combined architectural experience of over 50 years and have built a reputation of excellence, technical expertise, and long-lasting relationships. 

We are also creating turnkey projects for investors and clients. We source sites and create new development opportunities with our strategic partners and are collectively working to help meet society's long-term housing needs.
