Annette McFarland is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in data utilization and program evaluation. Currently serving as the Senior Communications Lead at The Demographic and Health Surveys (DHS) Program, Annette develops data strategies, facilitates workshops, and manages a range of communication products. Previous roles include Communications Associate at Johns Hopkins Center for Communication Programs, Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability & Learning Advisor at Trócaire, and Monitoring And Evaluation Specialist at Just Like My Child Foundation. Annette holds a Master’s Degree in Global Human Development from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Arts in International/Global Studies from Oregon State University.
