In October 2000, Norman and Tisha Hallet co-founded The Disciplined Trader and  Subconscious Training Corporation.  

Norman’s background as an entrepreneur, mathemetician, and broker-CTA-trader for the past 27 years and Tisha’s background as a Subconscious Trainer in private practice for 23 years, made them the perfect combination to bring an even more advanced mental training delivery system to traders.

Tisha is the voice talent on many of the mental training sessions and is known worldwide for her smooth, yet commanding vocal quality.
