Nestled in beautiful Cornwall, our retreats take place at Lower Marsh Farm, Saltash—an award-winning, eco-conscious property set in 40 acres of peaceful seclusion. Surrounded by an orchard, private woodland and a shingle beach along the River Tamar, it’s the perfect setting for a digital detox—giving you the space to disconnect, recharge and reconnect with nature.

Over the weekend, in addition to transformative coaching-style workshops, you’ll enjoy wild swimming, paddleboarding, sound bathing, and yoga—activities designed to calm your nervous system and relieve stress. You can choose between shared or private rooms or a luxury yurt, most with log burners for cosy reading time or hot tubs for a peaceful evening under the stars (with very little light pollution). All meals are nutritious, delicious, seasonal, and locally sourced—to leave you feeling nourished and energised.
