The Divergent Edge is an Australian neurodivergent-led consultancy offering Neurodivergent Therapy & Coaching, Neuro-Inclusive Organisational Strategy & Training, Facilitation and Leadership Coaching, Australia-wide.

Our entire team is neurodivergent, combining lived experience, clinical expertise and organisational insight to help unlock the specific strengths of neurodivergent employees. This drives innovation, improves performance and builds more dynamic workplaces.

We specialise in practical workplace strategy, leadership development and team training that supports real neuro-inclusion and belonging. Our services are designed to create systems that work for everyone, not just awareness sessions that stop at surface level.

What We Offer:
🔹 Awareness & Collaboration – Our training helps employees and teams understand what neurodivergence actually looks like at work and learn to recognise communication differences, working styles and needs. This creates safer, more supportive and productive day-to-day interactions and collaboration.
🔹 Leadership & Executive Coaching – Supporting neurodivergent and neurotypical leaders to succeed in a neurodiverse workplace through adapted, strengths-based coaching.
🔹 Organisational and Workplace Strategy, DEIB Consulting – Helping organisations embed neuro-inclusion through training, advisory, processes and policy integration.

We partner with forward-thinking organisations, HR leaders, DEIB champions and executive leaders who are ready to move beyond awareness and into actionable, embedded change.

Let’s reshape the future of work — together.
