At The DMC Clinic our aim is to offer a variety of different mental health services for children, teenagers and adults in our community.   We try to offer you a safe and supportive place to talk about your mental health concerns. We believe that every client has different needs and so deserve a different and tailored approach. Traditional therapy may focus on a single therapy approach but this does not always suit every client. At The DMC Clinic we use a varied and integrated approach. These approaches can include a mixture of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Person Centred, Psychodynamic, Psychoanalytic, Gestalt etc.

We offer one to one counselling support but we also run workshops, groups and talks.  The workshops, groups and talks will vary so to check out our website, Facebook, Instagram or Twitter to see our upcoming events.
