Ryan Kandell

Ryan Kandell is an experienced operations and technical manager in the festival and events industry, currently serving as Director of Operations for Envision Festival and Dirtybird, and as Technical Operations Manager for Do LaB, Inc. Responsibilities include overseeing operational planning, budgeting, and infrastructure for large-scale events, managing teams of over 400 employees, and ensuring successful execution of events such as Lightning in a Bottle and Pilgrimage Music & Cultural Festival. Ryan's extensive background also includes roles in production management, logistics, and site services, with a strong focus on power infrastructure and resource management. An alumnus of Northern Arizona University, Ryan holds degrees in Arts Management and Business Administration.
