Thomas Schaefer

Thomas Schaefer is an experienced professional in human resources and recruitment, currently serving as Head of Recruitment & People Experience at The DO School Fellowships since January 2023 and at The DO since July 2022. Previous roles include HR-Verwalter at soulbottles • soulproducts GmbH, and HR Service Partner and HR Recruitment Partner at SKF GmbH in Germany. Thomas began a career in payroll as a Payroll Accountant at SKF Group from February 2011 to August 2015. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from Technical University of Applied Sciences Würzburg-Schweinfurt and Universidad Externado de Colombia, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Betriebswirtschaftslehre from Hamburger Fern-Hochschule.
