Diego Castillo is an accomplished VFX Artist with extensive experience in the visual effects industry. Currently serving as a VFX Artist III at Cloud Imperium Games since October 2020, Diego has progressed through various roles within the company. A brief internship as a Nuke Compositor Intern at Eclair involved work on the project "Maradona, sueño bendito" in 2021. Diego gained foundational experience as a student intern at FX Animation Barcelona 3D & Film School, contributing as an FX artist on the short film "Mundos Digitales 2.0." Earlier roles included positions as a runner at Glassworks Barcelona and internships focused on post-production at ANTAVIANA FILMS SL. Diego's academic credentials include a Higher Master’s Degree in VFX from FX Animation Barcelona 3D & Film School, a Master's degree in Audiovisual Postproduction from Universitat Abat Oliba CEU, and an Engineer's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Universidad Pública de Navarra.
