Thomas Schaefer is currently the Head of Recruitment & People Experience at The DO School Fellowships and The DO. Prior to this, Thomas worked as an HR-Verwalter at soulbottles • soulproducts GmbH and as a Human Resources Specialist at SKF GmbH in Germany. With a background in payroll accounting and HR services, Thomas holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Technical University of Applied Sciences Würzburg-Schweinfurt and Universidad Externado de Colombia, as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree from Hamburger Fern-Hochschule.
