The Document Warehouse was launched on the 8th of March 2006 and opened its doors on the 1st of April 2006 in Windhoek, the 1st of September 2010 in Walvis Bay and the 3rd of January 2012 in Ongwediva.

 • Archival and long term storage of documents and drawings. We store all business documents - both non-current documents (obliged by law to be kept but rarely used) and current documents (documents in regular use) for companies that have outsourced their filing departments .
• Long and short term storage of digital data in a secure environment, involving daily or weekly pick-up of digital data on tapes, DVD’s, etc.
• Consultancy service related to filing systems, file plans, archival policies, document storage solutions, etc.
• Training in all aspects of paper and electronic filing systems.
• Bulk scanning and indexing of hard copy documents
• Design and implementation of Document Management Systems including software solutions for archived material.
