If we are not including the wellness and mental health of individuals in our workplace health and safety programs we are missing a very important part of Total Worker Health and Wellness and we are managing only a partial program. I am a Certified Industrial Hygienist, Certified Safety Professional, Certified Hypnotist, and a personal and organizational coach, with over 40 years of professional safety, health, and wellness experience. I am also a Tai Chi, Qigong, and mindfulness instructor with expertise in resilience, emotional intelligence, stress and anxiety management. I am an experienced trainer and public speaker and have spent many hours on stage speaking and performing.
