The Doula Group provides comprehensive informational, emotional and physical support to women and their families throughout pregnancy, birth, and the first year postpartum through a mindful approach.

* Breastfeeding Assistance 
* DONA Approved Birth Doula Training 
 
All Doula Group members are professionally trained and certified, or working toward certification; they are members of the Provincial Association of Ontario Doulas.
