📌 About
Hi, I’m Donna — founder of Dynamic Potential Academy (DPA).

At DPA, we believe creative thinking and emotional intelligence aren’t just “nice to have” — they’re essential for strong leadership, resilient teams, and future-ready workplaces.

We work with organisations, schools, and individuals to develop confident, connected, and emotionally intelligent leaders through engaging, practical, and human-centred experiences.

🧠 How we work
We use a mix of neuroscience, creativity and strategic facilitation — including tools like Design Thinking, Sprint, LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®, and Root Cause Analysis — all delivered with a DPA twist: playful, people-focused, and packed with practical outcomes.

🌱 Why it works
We create non-judgemental, psychologically safe spaces where people can explore challenges, unlock ideas and feel good doing it. Sessions are energising, expansive, and deeply human — with real impact on culture, confidence, and performance.

🧭 What we help achieve

    Emotionally intelligent, self-aware leaders

    Motivated, communicative, and collaborative teams

Lower stress and burnout through meaningful well-being practices

Higher engagement and retention, reducing recruitment costs
