Deborah Silva

Deborah Silva is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership, community engagement, and advocacy for diversity and inclusion. Currently serving as a U.S 2023-2024 Ripples of Hope Fellow at the Ripples of Hope Foundation, Deborah collaborates with diverse peers to develop impactful community projects. As the Volunteer Recruitment and Benefits Manager for The DREAM Program, Inc., Deborah empowers young leaders and promotes inclusivity, while also mentoring children in underserved areas. Deborah held several leadership roles at InterVarsity Christian Fellowship/USA, enhancing community engagement and fellowship among members. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Tufts University, complemented by minors in Portuguese and Chinese, highlighting a commitment to global awareness and cultural understanding.
