The Dualway Group is a multi-award winning family-run company providing destination management services including transportation, ground handling, sightseeing tours and tourist services in and from Dublin. 

One of the largest passenger transport operations in Leinster, the Dualway Group are the proud holders of awards including the Ireland Excellence Award (2013); Fleet Coach & Bus Safety Award (2013); EFQM Level 4 (2012); CIPD Outstanding Best Practice Award (2012).

Dualway's 120-strong team and fleet carry over 300,000 passengers annually across its sightseeing tours providing guided tours of Dublin City and surrounding counties. The Group operates two internationally-recognised franchises -  City Sightseeing Dublin and Gray Line. The introduction of the Dublin Visitor Centre in 2013 has allowed the Group to extend its offering to Dublin visitors by selling third party tours, evening entertainment and attractions.
