Since 1985, The Duncan Group, Inc. was the first, and remains the only, search firm providing recruiting services to C-Suite executives for management and administrative-level chiefs of staff and world-class assistants, based on the retained executive search model.

We specialize in the following practice areas: recruiting, organizational consulting, coaching and “executive-level” training for chiefs of staff and C-Suite support staff.

Our firm operates internationally, on a retained and exclusive basis.

Clients come to us because other approaches to finding top-quality candidates have proven inadequate, or unreliable. Our ability to understand our clients’ needs, and to quickly identify qualified candidates through our established global network, enables us to create the “right fit” between the executive and their core team.

Our consulting and coaching services help organizations align their administrative support infrastructure in order to create a collaborative, cohesive, and enthusiastic team environment.

Duncan Leadership Institute offers a credential-conferring educational program to hone the competencies of present and next generation managerial and administrative-level Chiefs of Staff and C-Suite Assistants. Graduates of our programs will achieve higher levels of performance while companies will ensure an orderly succession for this critical role in support of senior management.

Fostering the next generation of skilled chiefs of staff, executive assistants, administrators, and other high-level administrative staff, requires a professional educational program to effectively manage their work and relationships to be more productive in today’s global organizations.

Whether strengthening your core executive leadership team or enhancing your professional skill-set, The Duncan Group, Inc. serves as an essential resource.
