The Dunhill Hotel stands distinct on the Charlotte skyline as the ONE historic property. Opened in 1929 as the Mayfair Manor apartment hotel, with half of its original 100 rooms permanent residences, today’s Dunhill Hotel — “Charlotte’s Hotel” — is a 60-room, boutique hotel where both local residents and visitors enjoy memorable experiences. The Dunhill Hotel celebrates the original vision of its architect Mr. Louis Asbury, with a nod to the needs of the modern traveler.

Our restaurant, The Asbury, celebrates the best of what the South has to offer in ingredients, technique, creativity, and, of course, hospitality. The Asbury is a tribute to the city’s Southern roots and the culturally diverse community of the New South.
