The Eccentric Bagel is a Shelter Island–based bagel shop turned fast-growing snack brand, known for bold flavors, clean ingredients, and a cult following.

We started with real, hand-rolled bagels, then built something bigger, bagel chips made from scratch, not scraps. Every batch is double-baked for a superior crunch, made without seed oils, and designed for how people actually snack today.

Our product line includes both our original and mini bagel chips in a wide range of distinctive flavors, now shipping nationwide and expanding into retail, hospitality, and gifting channels.
