The eCom House is a specialist recruitment partner helping ambitious Shopify-powered eCommerce brands hire outstanding eCommerce leaders.

We partner with growing UK businesses on permanent hires who take ownership of trading, performance and day-to-day execution across their Shopify-driven eCommerce channel.

Whether you’re making your first senior eCommerce hire or upgrading an existing role, we bring clarity on what you actually need, who will succeed in your environment, and how to attract them.

Our approach is simple and human. No CV spray. No inflated titles. Just honest conversations, clear expectations and candidates who can step in and make an impact.

If you’re ready to put the right person in charge of your eCommerce function, let’s talk.
