Janie Robillard

Janie Robillard currently serves as the Director of Business Development at L'effet A, where they focus on supporting women in showcasing their business ambitions. Previously, they held various leadership roles, including Director of Operations at Groupe Millésime and Director of Development, International Recruitment at Galileo Partners. Janie has also contributed to organizational development and talent acquisition across multiple industries. They are pursuing a Bachelor's in Business Administration and a Master's in Management at HEC Montréal.
