Joe Richards

Joe Richards is the Director of Business Operations at The Efficiency Network, Pennsylvania's largest Energy Services Company. Before their current role, Joe also served in various project management and leadership positions in the US Army, Energy Stewards Inc., Brownell Metal Studio, Cedar Ridge Construction, and Ralph J. Albarano & Sons, Inc. Joe holds a BSBA in Business Administration and Management from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.
