Joe has 20 years of experience in the development and construction of energy efficiency projects. Joe’s experience includes positions at both Noresco and Constellation Energy in roles ranging from energy auditor to Managing Director.

Joe manages TEN’s internal team that focuses on the design and delivery of high efficiency lighting and water projects.
