Randall Clark

Randall Clark has extensive experience in the energy infrastructure and sustainability industry. Randall served as the Senior Vice President & General Manager at NORESCO from 1997 to 2019, then transitioned to become the Senior Vice President of Strategic Initiatives until 2022. In 2023, Randall joined The Efficiency Network as the Executive Vice President for Energy Infrastructure & Sustainability, focusing on delivering energy asset solutions and as-a-Service project delivery for various energy initiatives.

Randall Clark attended North Allegheny High School for their secondary education. Randall then went on to Penn State University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from 1987 to 1991. Following this, they pursued an MBA in Finance at the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business from 1997 to 1999.
