The Ei-EQ Institute™ is a global leader in emotional intelligence awareness, education, and practice dedicated to helping leaders, organizations, and communities shift from Crazy to Clarity™ emotionally, spiritually, physically and strategically.

Our programs integrate evidence-based emotional intelligence strategies with practical tools for reducing stress, improving connection, and driving sustainable results. Through leadership development, wellness initiatives, and strategic consulting, we empower individuals and teams to address the root causes of burnout, disconnection, and underperformance.

At the heart of our work are two proprietary tools—the Crazy EQ Assessment™ and the ASS Protocol™ (Awareness, Strategy, Serenity)—designed to help people identify emotional patterns, reframe challenges, and move from problem-focus to solution-focus.

The Institute’s offerings include one on one coaching, corporate trainings, workshops, custom programing, and community engagement programs.

We partner with businesses, schools, and leaders worldwide to cultivate self-awareness, strengthen resilience, and create healthier, more emotionally intelligent cultures.

Our mission is clear: Recognize and Manage Your Level of Crazy with EQ™ and go from Crazy to Clarity™ learn to use your crazy instead of being victim to it!!
