Our Mission: The elbowroom is Dublin’s foremost multi-disciplinary health centre, enabling you and your team to reach your health and well-being goals. We do this by delivering a comprehensive schedule of classes and services to promote mind and body health.

Our expert wellbeing hub focuses on quality and expertly led yoga, pilates and fitness classes along with clinical & therapies. Either at our city center studios or in your companies premises, we deliver a tailor made program for your organisation.

As Irelands most comprehensive teacher training center for yoga teachers, we boast some of the best quality graduates in Ireland to work with your company.
