The Elevator Consultants (TEC) is an independent elevator consulting firm specializing in elevator consulting for building owners nationwide. TEC offers tailored services and elevator monitoring software solutions to meet your building’s needs. We leverage decades of experience and proprietary technology and methodology to advocate for building owners, helping them reduce costs, improve services, mitigate risk, and increase property value, always keeping safety at the forefront of everything we do.

TEC services many clients around the globe to solve their concerns, issues, and specific building requirements. Our purpose has always been to serve as an advocate for buildings and their team, providing the in-depth expertise into vertical transportation that is vital when making decisions about one of the largest capital expenses a building will have. We are dedicated to working in the best interests of our clients including building owners, property managers, insurance companies, attorneys, and facility managers, and as such, we will never work on behalf of an elevator company. We are one of the only elevator consulting firms in the nation who can make that claim, but we believe preserving our objectivity is more important than collecting a fee.

TEC is one of the most well-renowned elevator consultants in the country and we have earned that regard by providing individualized, thoughtful service to meet our clients’ specific needs with the goal of exceeding expectations. We routinely save our clients thousands to hundreds of thousands of dollars by identifying potential expenses and opportunities and optimizing performance and efficiency. TEC reduces building cost in 100% of our engagements and gives buildings the oversight and control they need for smooth and safe operation of equipment.
