Founded in 2019, The Emerald Recruiting Group has grown from a boutique startup into a full-service financial services search firm specializing in both permanent and consulting placements. Our growth stems from an entrepreneurial mindset, an authentic curiosity about people and financial markets, and a belief that relationships—not algorithms—drive results. We combine deep market knowledge with modern technology and AI tools to uncover exceptional talent, yet we stay grounded in the old-school principles of integrity, personal connection, and genuine partnership. At Emerald, we’re not just filling roles—we’re building long-term relationships that move firms forward and help careers reach their full potential.
