The Emotions Lab helps primary school teachers learn how to improve the emotional health of children using science-based tools. We tackle difficult emotions using a different approach.

Why We Are Different:
Transforming learning in classrooms: Our workshops make it easy for children to read their emotions which leads to better learning.
Body-Focused Approach: We have developed a new science based tool designed to reduce the body’s stress response which reduces big emotions.
Empowering Pupils: We teach pupils to understand and manage their emotions.
Preventative Measures: if used daily, our tools have a cumulative effect.
Quick & Practical Implementation: We teach you in just 3.5 hours with no ongoing fees.
Engaging Materials: Our classroom materials captivate pupils.
