Emprise Group is a private investment group specifically focused on funding Pre-Seed and Seed Stage companies. We target investment opportunities with extraordinary entrepreneurs who have built exceptional teams with a deep understanding of their industry. We are excited to back innovations that are poised to become industry leading products and services. Our selected portfolio companies will make significant impacts on the customer experience in the markets they serve.

We invest collective group capital in startup companies alongside proven founders, management teams and other experienced investors. We target investments that can achieve scalability to successfully attract subsequent rounds of additional investment. We will typically participate in these additional rounds until a Series B Round.

Emprise Group was founded and managed by former business founders, hands on operators and experienced investors. We understand companies looking for Seed investment need more than just money. We offer our entrepreneurial expertise and strategic resources to significantly enhance operational and financial performance of our investment companies. Every member of our group is imperative to our portfolio’s success. We understand and respect the entrepreneurial journey and know that trust and communication are critical elements of success.
