Robert Rich

Robert Rich, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the VP of Transformational Consulting and VP of Human Capital Consulting at The Encompass Group, a position held since July 2019. With extensive experience in human resources, Robert previously held roles including Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Generalist III at Mitchell International from January 2017 to July 2019, and Employee Relations Manager at TEKsystems from January 2015 to January 2017. Other positions include Human Resources Generalist at Bonded Lightning Protection Systems, Ltd., and Human Resources Specialist at ValueOptions, Inc.® Robert Rich is pursuing a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership at the University of Oklahoma, following a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of North Texas.
