The Energy Factory is the parent company for Dr. Adam Fraser’s two core initiatives: corporate speaking and leadership consulting under Dr. Adam Fraser, and a sustainable leadership program for improved educator effectiveness and wellbeing through The Flourish Movement.

Under the Dr. Adam Fraser brand, Adam is a sought-after keynote speaker, researcher, and consultant who works with organisations to create high-performing cultures and lead through complexity and change. Drawing on over two decades of research into human performance and leadership, he equips corporate teams, leaders, and business owners with the tools to build resilience, improve collaboration, strengthen trust, and drive strategic outcomes. Adam has delivered keynote presentations and leadership programs for major corporations, government departments, and small to mid-sized businesses across Australia and internationally.

Through The Flourish Movement, Adam partners with schools to support the leadership capability and wellbeing of principals, leadership teams, and educators. The program addresses the unique challenges of leadership in education and helps school communities build team cohesion, enhance team performance, and create thriving, sustainable environments for staff and students alike. The Flourish Movement is trusted by leading education departments, associations, and school groups to deliver research-based, practical programs that make a lasting impact.

The Energy Factory provides the operational platform and team that powers both brands, supporting Adam in his work to empower individuals and organisations to perform at their best, whether in business or education.
