The Engine Room Group is an Operational Excellence firm that accelerates workforce and company performance to improve business results and alleviate organizational pain points. This is accomplished through a process of identifying the root causes of targeted improvement opportunities within initiatives and then delivering tailored resources to strengthen strategy, leadership practices, organizational processes, management systems, and operational execution. We support clients in a variety of industries who are focused on:

•	Accelerating the implementation, execution and buy in of new business processes, lean six sigma, management systems and training programs - turning the right behaviours into habits.

•	Addressing specific areas of chronic underperformance, including safety, engagement, labour utilization, reliability, cost control and employee productivity that are resisting improvement attempts.

•	Accelerating the implementation of Operational Excellence practices in a manner that is digestible, understood, owned and executed by local management.

At the Engine Room we do not sell big systems and we are not in the business of creating additional programs. Our proven approach is designed to work fast and is surgical in nature, targeting only the specific pain points facing a business unit or organization. Our Services include:

•	Operational Diagnostics
•	Vision and Strategy Development
•	Leadership Acceleration
•	Process Excellence
•	Management Systems
•	Implementation and Execution
