The Enterprise Consult (TEC) is a Toronto-based advisory firm providing end-to-end real estate consulting, project management, leasing, and marketing services to clients across Canada. Founded by industry leader Justin Taylor, alongside co-founder Summer Taylor, TEC combines more than three decades of operational excellence with progressive expertise in sustainable building practices, ESG integration, and strategic brand and market positioning.

Our mission is clear yet ambitious: to deliver exceptional real estate outcomes, accelerate lease-up success, and elevate asset value—while advancing Canada’s transition toward a low-carbon, high-performance built environment. We work with property owners, landlords, and general contractors to bring projects from concept to completion, then drive performance through targeted leasing programs and innovative marketing campaigns that strengthen occupancy and brand presence.
