We are an expert witness, appraisal and consulting firm focussing specifically on the equine (horse) industry. Our equine experts provide strategic and tactical support in litigation as consulting and testifying experts in a broad spectrum such as business, liability, fraud, standards, valuation, insurance, investment, financial and business issues.

Our consultants bring an independent and ethical point of view, deep technical expertise, fact based opinions, a track record of credible and compelling testimony, and contemporaneous market research. We have been retained by top insurance companies, top stables, top professional riders, amateur riders and financial institutions. We offer services to both plaintiff and defendants and are pretty consistent at a 50/50 split. Our philosophy is to offer ethical and unbiased opinion and education which allows the attorney to better represent his client.

We believe in ethics over client, client over firm, and firm over self.
