Paul Hicks is currently the Pre-Construction Director at The EV Network, where they lead the planning submission process for electric vehicle charging station development. With over 12 years of experience in electric vehicle and renewable energy projects, Paul previously served as a Pre-Construction Manager at InstaVolt and contributed to the development of the Atlantic Array offshore wind farm while at RWE Innogy UK Ltd. Paul holds an MSc in Marine Renewable Energy from the University of Plymouth and a BSc in Oceanography with Physical Geography from the University of Southampton.
