The Evolving Leader Fellowship is a collaborative leadership development experience led by Dr. Christine Fonner and Dr. Kristine K. Medyanik, designed to strengthen leaders and organizations through meaningful connection, personal growth, and community-driven development.

Built for organizations seeking to develop leaders at multiple levels, this yearlong fellowship combines expert-led training, practical leadership tools, and a cohort-based learning model that supports both individual growth and organizational impact. The program is intentionally flexible, blending virtual learning, facilitated discussion, applied reflection, and optional in-person experiences.

Through monthly leadership themes—such as motivation, conflict navigation, bias awareness, communication, change leadership, and leading across generations—participants gain tools they can apply immediately within their roles and teams. The fellowship emphasizes real-world application, helping leaders navigate complexity, align decisions with organizational values, and lead effectively in dynamic environments.

What makes the Fellowship distinctive is its integration of strategy, practice, and connection. Participants benefit from expert guidance, relevant frameworks, and a trusted peer network that encourages accountability, shared learning, and sustained development across the organization.

Together, Dr. Christine Fonner and Dr. Kristine Medyanik bring complementary expertise in leadership development, organizational strategy, and facilitation—creating a grounded, high-impact learning experience that supports leaders as they grow and evolve.

Whether organizations are preparing emerging leaders, strengthening mid-level management, or supporting senior leadership development, The Evolving Leader Fellowship provides the structure, flexibility, and depth needed to build confident, capable leaders—and healthier organizations.
