We are a specialist recruitment consultancy dedicated exclusively to placing exceptional Executive, Personal, and Business Assistants. Having worked in these roles ourselves, we bring first-hand insight into what defines an outstanding assistant. This experience allows us to operate as a genuinely bespoke agency, delivering a premium, highly personalised service to both clients and candidates.

Our expertise and results have been formally recognised with the award for Specialist Recruitment Agency of the Year, reflecting our reputation, credibility, and consistent performance within the market.

We understand the nuances of the assistant profession — from discretion and adaptability to cultural alignment and strategic support. This depth of understanding gives us a distinct competitive advantage and enables us to deliver consistently successful, long-term placements.

We have intentionally maintained a boutique model to preserve quality and individual attention. Every client works with a dedicated specialist consultant whose experience aligns with their specific requirements. Our consultants have backgrounds as Executive and Personal Assistants and operate across diverse sectors including HNWI, Family Offices, corporate organisations, and charitable institutions.

Our candidate network is one of our strongest assets. We represent only highly accomplished, thoroughly vetted professionals. A significant proportion of our candidates come through trusted referrals and long-standing relationships, reinforcing the strength of our brand within the market.

We are proud of the enduring partnerships we have built, often working with clients and candidates for many years. Our relationship-driven, holistic approach ensures continued support beyond placement and positions the business as a respected, high-value specialist within the assistant recruitment sector.
