Suzanne Clark

Suzanne Clark is an experienced Audit Committee chair and accomplished non-executive known for challenging the status quo in complex, regulated organizations. They have guided institutions through significant transformations, including during the financial crisis at the Bank of England and the pandemic at a large hospital. Currently, Suzanne serves as a Non-Executive Director at Recognise Bank and HBL Bank UK, as well as at The Exeter, where they also chair the Audit Committees. Their career includes notable positions at J.P. Morgan, BAE Systems, and NatWest Group, where they contributed to internal audit leadership across various sectors. Suzanne obtained a degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Manchester.
